For 20+ years, Jeff Daukas has served in law enforcement — not just managing calls, but carrying people. Officers in crisis. Families in chaos. Communities at their worst moments.

Outside the badge, Jeff serves as a church elder at CrossTrain Church, Regional Representative for Mission First Alliance — connecting churches, chaplains, and first responders through Christian faith — and as an Executive Board Member of the Friends of the Peoria Public Library.

His conviction is simple: carrying the burden of other people with courageous nobility will cost you — and it’s worth every bit of the cost.
